Nestled in a quiet, park-like setting, Woodbine offers unparalleled comfort and extraordinary care. This position is responsible for identification of needs, and delivery of services to residents who require occupational therapy intervention in accordance with all state, federal, and JCAHO requirements (as applicable). The Occupational Therapist (OT) collaborates with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well being for the residents.
A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program, and maintain current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia or A recent graduate actively working toward licensure, and successful completion of required clinical affiliations, preferably including at least one rotation in the SNF setting.
